Randy Craig, President Mr. Craig brings over twenty-three years of construction and project management experience to the company, including extensive work in large commercial, institutional and health care projects. Mr. Craig is responsible for overall company business management, strategic planning, and value engineering. Mr. Craig earned his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas in 1983, and his M.S. in Construction Management from Stanford University in 1984. He attended both schools on scholarships and received numerous scholastic awards, including “Outstanding Senior” in his class. He has served as an instructor and professor for construction related courses at Stanford University, San Diego Mesa College and San Diego State University. |

Earl M. Rush, Vice President - Preconstruction Mr. Rush brings thirty-seven years of hands-on construction field experience to the company. Construction projects include over one hundred completed projects spanning a broad spectrum of project types including custom homes, multifamily residences, water treatment facilities, industrial buildings, high rise office buildings, streets and infrastructure, medical and dental offices, hospitals from the ground up, and remodels of all types. Mr. Rush attended San Diego Mesa College and served as a submariner in the U.S. Navy. |

David Saacks, Vice President - Construction Mr. Saacks brings twenty-seven years of combined field and administrative experience to the company, including over thirty completed projects in such areas as health care, university student housing, custom homes, HOA reconstruction, and commercial buildings. Mr. Saacks is responsible for all project management services, including reconstruction, project administration, budget, and schedule control. Mr. Saacks earned his B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Cape Town in Cape Town, South Africa, in 1983. He moved to San Diego in 1987 and became a U.S. citizen in 2000. |

Dan Polen, Vice President - Business Development Mr. Polen has over thirty years of construction and real estate development experience. He has managed over thirty commercial projects ranging from $50,000 to $100,000,000. Mr. Polen has also managed the development of master planned communities including infrastructure and over 4000 residential and multifamily homes. Mr. Polen is responsible for all business development, hiring of key personnel, quality control and client satisfaction. Mr. Polen earned an A.S. in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. He served on the Board of the BIA for three years and has been active in various committees with the AGC. |

Jeff Rising, Project Executive Mr. Rising brings twenty-five years of construction management experience with onsite Supervision and Project Management. His background includes Student Housing projects, Energy Facilities, Site Infrastructure, Food Service Facilities and Laboratories for the University of California. He also has experience in Hospitals, Heavy Commercial and Industrial construction projects. Mr. Rising is a graduate of the San Diego State, Construction Practices Program and is a licensed contractor in the State of California. He takes pride in the ability to work with a proactive hands-on approach providing a safe and successful project. He is an excellent communicator and his clients are fully satisfied with his ability to provide clear, informed communication. |
